Hagalaz is the disruption rune, and there's no dressing it up — something is being shaken up, and it's not something you can control or prevent. Think of it like a hailstorm: it hits without warning, doesn't care what's in its path, and you just have to get through it.
Maybe plans are falling apart, a situation has changed suddenly, or something you were counting on isn't going to work out the way you expected. It's not your fault. It's just one of those moments.
Here's the thing though: hailstorms clear the air. Sometimes things need to be disrupted before something better can take root. Your job right now isn't to stop it — it's to shelter, ride it out, and start fresh when it's over.
Hagalaz doesn't reverse. What's in motion is in motion.
