pause standstill stillness waiting

Upright meaning

Isa means things have stopped — and that's not necessarily bad, even though it can feel frustrating. The river has frozen. Plans are on hold. Nothing much is moving forward, and that's just where things are right now.

Instead of fighting it, this is your signal to stop pushing. Take a breath. Use this time to reflect, to do some inner work, to think about what you actually want when things start moving again.

Stillness isn't the same as stagnation. Sometimes you need a pause to get properly clear before the next step.

Isa doesn't reverse. The stillness is the whole point.
