Upright meaning
Laguz is your intuition rune. If you've been overthinking everything, this is a sign to stop trying to logic your way through it and start listening to how you actually feel.
Your gut knows things your head hasn't caught up with yet. Trust it. Pay attention to your dreams, your emotional responses, the things you feel without quite knowing why.
This is also about not swimming against the current. Sometimes the easier path isn't the lazy path — it's just the right one. Stop making things harder than they need to be.
Reversed meaning
Reversed Laguz means your emotions might be running the show in an unhealthy way. You could be making decisions based on fear, anxiety, or emotional reactivity rather than from a grounded place.
Or maybe you're doing the opposite — completely shutting out your feelings and trying to think your way through something that needs to be felt.
Either way, slow down before you act. Let things settle. You'll make much better decisions once the emotional noise has quieted a bit.
