Upright meaning
Uruz is here to remind you that you're stronger than you think. This rune is all about raw energy and physical vitality — the kind of power that pushes through walls and gets things done.
If you've been feeling low or stuck, this is a sign that the tide is turning. Your energy is coming back, your confidence is building, and you're more capable of handling whatever's in front of you than you've been giving yourself credit for.
Your body might be asking for more movement or challenge right now. Don't hold back. Take up more space. Trust your instincts and move boldly — this is not the moment to play it small.
Uruz doesn't promise it'll be easy. But it does promise you've got what it takes.
Reversed meaning
Reversed Uruz suggests your energy might be misdirected or running low. You could be pushing too hard in the wrong direction, or you might have been ignoring your body's signals until they've gotten loud.
Burnout is a real risk here — or on the flip side, you might be holding back so much that you're going stagnant.
Either way, check in with your physical health. Rest when you need to rest. Stop mistaking stubbornness for strength. And be honest about where you're putting your effort — is it actually moving you toward what you want?
